The problem is not about these hospitality industry charging dollars but the inability of our enforcement agencies doing their job. We are always complaining about lack of jobs in Ghana. In the developed countries, enforcement agencies are at the forefront of nation building. Look at the food we eat, the places our food is manufactured, where we sleep, the drugs we take in, and the list goes on and on. These are areas that the gov't can target and ensure that companies sit up to their responsibilities. We can easily create over 5,000 jobs just in this area. Companies who flout the laws will be heavily fined to take care of the pay checks of these workers. This is what civilized countries do!

In America unless your staying at the Ritz like Mahatma stayed in Atlanta or where he stay in New York..You don't pay those kinda of prices.. Usual price for nice motel/hotel in America is $70....Not $200 per night like Golde ...
