  Good idea. This is the kind of vision the central government needs to do to improve the wellbeing of the citizens. Internally-generation of funds, not reckless borrowing without benefits to the people. Ghana ranks 4th in Africa's highly indebted countries but what were the "monies" used for?. Let's wake up and think about our future generations, if we care.

  This is the way to go. Someone is now using the God given (BRAIN)to do something that should have been done long time ago. The presidency should learn a lesson from this. VISION THE WAY TO GO> NOT BORROWING.
