  Talk, talk, pronouncement, pronouncement. That's all Ghanaian leaders know to do. Where is the water, electricity, highways, business parks, communication infrastructure. Fix STC first, expand and modernise inter- region highway system. Where are the railways n efficient port infrastructure. Ghanaians, wake up. These leaders don't give a hoot about the nation. It is what they will personally gain from these talks.
