  The 78%increase was too high when workers get around 6% increament.Why did VRA kept too long a time--since 2011 to increase the Tariff?A Tariff formula will do.Government can not always subsidise.The ECG has to controll the illegal connectionsand check all the Industries both local and foreign who pay bribes to some officials.Ghanians are Christians but together with theirPastors and self acclaimed BISHOPS are thieves.
