  fdic(federal deposit insurance corp) or Ncua(national credit union assoc) and min, capital required just like banks and credit unions..If foreign investment allowed its no longer a micro(small business)!

  Something is actually wrong with Ghanaians. We don't trust ourselves and think it is only the foreigner that can build our nation for us. The micro finance too we need to allow foreigners to enter? No way! This call must be treated with contempt and ignored totally. The callers must bow their heads in shame
