  This is unacceptable. Govt should have added a modest 5% to adjust for inflation.

  Is about time Ghana should think better rather than pleasing the so called "white masters"
  Mr.Ato Forson should remember the Cocoa prize war between Dr. Nkrumah and the white buyers which of course
  Nkrumah won.
  However cocoa prize fell down so sharply after the military junta took up the regime. Dr. Busia came up with undesirable prize to please his white masters.
  Mr. Forson and his classmates at the ministry must stop playing "Inferiority complex" .
  Ghana deserve better.

  The gov't has done very well by maintaining the producer price. Check the current world price per tonne. It is 2747 dollars. This means the gov't shd have reduce the price to 171.65 pesewas but govt tought otherwise. Farmers ...
