  I am beginning to understand when people seek power to administer rgis country, it is about taking charge of the resources of the country and directing the implementation of physical resources.
  Anytime govenment officials talk about giving life to the citizenry, then it is about the provision of physical infrastructure. Being in government is about the provision of physical infrastructure. This is cheap attitude and should be rejected by the people of Ghana.
  Does it mean our governments cannot operate without money? There is the need for money but there is too much over reliance on money.
  I do understand that corruption is 99.9% enhanced when there is some construction.To me for this country to leap, it is not the financial transactions that we need. The things I call the ''soft'' transactions will do the trick even though supported by the finance.
  In my view, since this country is dominated by the poor and the underprivileged, it is the pro-poor social interventions which should occupy governments's attention the most. There are lots of them.
  We interventions in housing, health, transportation,education and many more. We are depending too much on the monetary aspects of transactions to the detriment of the non-monetary transactions.
