Government must do this too. The cocoa farms belong to individuals and they should have been renewing the trees. Why wait for government. You shoutgaianst socialism so let us practice the capitalism
This cannot be a surprised. With no planned renewal this is what would happen. There has been no agric census of these trees in order to know about stock levels and plan for their replcement
