  Crazy logic. It looks like the GRA is more interested in defending the sum of money paid to infosolutions (GH144 as against GHC 74 million). The fact still remains that the GRA should not even pay GHC1 if the job was not performed as per the contract.
  The management and government should ask for the return of the money immediately. Mr. Blankson is reckless and people of his ilk are gradually destroying this country. Every Ghanaian who has any integrity should condemn such act irrespective of party or tribal affiliation.

  Why would the national government through GRA agree to contract Subah if they could not perform the task because the telecom companies would not allow them near existing telecom setup? Why would the contract not include a pre-signing requisite information as to whether Subah has a waiver from the telecom companies they could access existing lines?
