  Ours has been failed executive, legislative and judiciary arms of gov't over the years. How can we extract maximum value from our natural resources when cabinet continues to present bills akin to self-inflicted wounds to a legislative with an irrational majority that pushes them through regardless of opposing exposing genuine flaws and defects in them? How can we claim 5% of natural resources extracted on our soil owing to continued existence of our bad laws and talk about win-win situation? This absolute adsurdity.
