  TELL THE NPP THAT IN GHANA THERE'S THE POSSIBILITY OF HAVING MORE VOTES IN THE BALLOT BOX THAN THE NUMBER OF REGISTERED VOTERS. GEN. MOSQUITO WAS RIGHT.
