  Master the time has come. the govt shd stop even paying salaries for workers in this institutions. the MD shd manage everything thus pay salaries and take care of administrative cost of this institution and only pay dividend ...

  Master the time has come. the govt shd stop even paying salaries for workers in this institutions. the MD shd manage everything thus pay salaries and take care of administrative cost of this institution and only pay dividend to the central govt. if GRA, ECG,then ministries shd do the same. mismanagement and corruption will stop.

  A move in the right direction. Let each one carry its own load and pay in the market place to reduce corruption.

  Good start! Do not stop there! Make sure you hold them accountable,(talk is cheap!) and branch to other areas with similar problems.
