  FROM THE WAY THINGS HAS BEEN HANDLED AND THE WAY AKER ASA HAD QUIETLY ACCEPTED ALMOST $30 MILLION FOR COMPENSATION AFTER DOING SOME SIESMIC EXPLORATION UP TO THE TUNE OF $30 MILLION IT BAFFLES ME WHY THEY DID NOT CONTEST THE ABROGATION OF THE PA IN COURT WITH A VERY STRONG CHANCE OF WINNING BUT RATHER ACCETPING THE $30 MILLION?????
