  It seems to me that you have missed your steps about the Trade Treaty that had existed within the Ecowas Countries where Traders use Trucks to cart their goods from neighboring Countries to Ghana, so your ban is violating the purpose of the Treaty, and abusing the existence of the ECOWAS, instead of developing it.
  You better adopt healthy decisions rather than acting as if you are now entering Politics. Please go back to School, and if you cannot handle the Ministry, please quit, because it is not only Ships or Aeroplanes that bring grains into the Country. You better learn more and stop those childish decisions.

  kutu Akyeapong admonised us to grow what we eat and to eat what we grow .it is high time we give time lines to ban the importation of rice entirely and grow and it our own rice.
