They need jobs to stop all these so called galamsey.If the government can not provide them with jobs then i think they should go ahead rather than engaging themselves in stealing as our politicians are doing.

GOV IS NOT THERE TO PROVIDE JOBS except for job required to run the gov(military,customs,border patrol, police and parliment)...Gov job is to make the interest rates low and other conditions in ghana (lower fuel prices,lower electric and water) so that private citizens or milti-national can build business,factorys and homes! as you already know in ghana gov jobs are filled by lazy thieves..Look at the telecoms, how many jobs have they provided in either maintaining of network/ cable and cell sites plus sales? Same thing can happen with real estate(homes) and building of roads if both interest rates are low and if GOV has funds to pay contractor.. A bankrupt nation can do nothing, just like person with no money
