It all starts with people from that area making a concerted effort to return to Tamale and making a small contribution. The problem is all of you seem to be coming down south and don't want to return to your roots

If a railway system is linked to Tamale, the place could be the biggest hub in the Mid Sahara. Countries like Burkina Faso and Niger will support the place. At the moment all the roads leading to Tamale are not dual and narrow and it is taking all these big trucks days to get up there and planes cannot transport everything up there even if you have the funds. All the harbors are being expanded to receive more cargo how are the cargos going to get to their destinations. Cargos are arriving faster from their origin to the harbors but taking longer time to reach their final destination and this should not happen. Someone should do something about it.

I think is a laudable idea and all should embrace it. tamale is not what people think it is. You can make it big here if you get the right advice from people who have seen it all.
