  finally my dream has come true. when did GRA realised that individuals should posess tax numbers? when i need a tax clearance certificate i had to luk for all my payslips when in fact some have been swept away by the last accra flood, thank God some thinking has gone on.i thought the system should even have a way of retrieving names that have appeared in them, but no we are always using old technologies. i hope the tax officers take the initiative to visit offices and register personel as early as possible.
