Before Akosombo was, a south African engineer had proposed the site 50 years earlier (I stand corrected).
Executives and managers need to be more proactive in their approaches.
If you want PPP to work effectively, you must have the concrete data that will convince and investor. If the investor has to invest in feasibility etc, then there goes part of the investment funds. Wake up Ghana. Wake up VRA.

Solar power alone can solve all the energy problems in Ghana. Gov't should mandate that all the real estate developers install solar panels in the houses that they built and encourage the public through tax incentives to install solar panels.
