The abundant supply of free sunlight 24 hours a day in Northern Ghana must be worth more than 10% Equity. You can't get that supply of the main raw material of a solar plant anywhere in the world aside from the Sahara Desert ...

The north is not sahara desert and what happened to air condition. Develop the place a relocate some of the ministries over there and see if people will not move there if they are paid handsomely.
40MW will not solve the country's serious energy problems... we need more investment in solutions like BUI which generate 400MW for $700Million. If you think about it, 40MW for $120Million is not as much value.
