  This is another good step in fighting or minimising corruption by avoiding money transactions, but are we sure that people will not be contacting the contractors at the backdoor for their share of awarding the contracts? The contractor must be willing to report people in authority who harass them for money, establish a hot line to take care of this anomalies. Well done to the department for this move. Make this policy workable in other government departments..

  by same token they put money in your account they can take it out! once gov gets you number(they can search too) if you don't pay tax's they can seize the account

  the official Receipt booklets of the contractors,companies or individuals should bear the name of the Bank with the Accounts number and if possible where the Firm is regestered
