How can one finish a factory before thinking of getting raw materials? this man is very funny! and you think the banks will smile at you? do you know what they do to your request? they just dump it. A typical Ghanaian manager! being a food scientist doesnt make you a manager ok. find a competent one!

  THIS SHOWS THAT EVEN IF THE COMPANY GETS RAW MATERIALS, THEY MAY BOUND TO A FAILURE UNLESS THEY GET EXPERTS WITH FULL BUSINESS STRATEGY.

  This isa classic example of poor management. You knew when the factory would be operational yet failed to find out the type and variety of tomato farmers in the area are growing and if they were suitable for your purpose. If you were the proactive type you would even supply them the right seedling. As it is,you and the workers will be paid until next June without performing any job. Does look like you need this job. they need to get rid of you for wasting the tax-payers money.
