  Help from Brasil? We have been eating plantain products since time immemorial. There are also modern plantain chips and flour on the market. Whey not motivate Ghanaians to organize transport and small private processing?

  It can be done bcos I have bought a processed potato in Moscow before,we only have to spend more in research on how to do it.

  you can buy plantain chips in usa and Fufu flour you just pour from box and add hot water..no more pounding unless you enjoy that

  YAMS taste far better than potato,therefore,I believe,if we are able to process it,we could reach far.
  I met one Ghanaian Christian brother at USA,about 11 years ago,who attended NYANKPALA AGRIC SCHOOL.He said,they have been trying to do that,but have not got any success yet.
  GHANA SHOULD THINK ABOUT THAT,because we are he second in the world,in the production of YAMS.
