  I commend Dr. Sipah Yankey and he'd be made a hero when finally the Ghana Gas starts operation. As for the VRA, anything they save is only meaningful when the people feels the positive effect otherwise it's meaningless... especially if the big boss there just chop the money saved. Steps should be put in places to transfer this massive benefits to the people

  He talks by heart. How can you say this? Compared with what? This man has been breaking his promishes and all the time, breaking them. He says the plant will now be completed in May 2014 when he knows that is impossible.

  PLEASE, ENSURE BEFORE AND AFTER COMPLETION, THAT YOU HAVE ENOUGH SPARE PARTS READILY IN PLACE. THIS SHOULD HAVE BEEN PART OF THE CONTRACT PRICE FROM THE START. I SAW MOST GHANAIAN INSTITUTIONS DID NOT FACTOR IN THEIR CONTRAC ...
