  Times may be hard but that is not the reason for the empty traffic of vehicles and pedestrians.That had been the trend ever since Accra was/is the capital city, as most shoppers during the Xmas flocks to the city from all over the Country.
  And diversity Accra residents also leaves to celebrate Xmas in their hometown.
  The same is the case in Easter.All the Kwahu
  peoples,who owns most of the Stores in the City desert Accra to spend festivities in their hometown and to come together with other family members.
  So this article is no news.
