  You are laying off dedicated "Old" Ladies and men and employing so called National Service Personnel with higher degrees who happen to be the Children of some top officers in a sort of a preferential group and who do not want to work as cashiers, yet are being paid huge sums of monies.
  
  Why won't this be visited upon you?
  
  Management of GCB, wake up and treat your "Old" members with dignity and respect. You will be safeguarding the investments of your numerous clients by heeding to this simple advice.

  The Managing Director of GCB should blame himself for this mess. Dedicated and experienced 'Old" Ladies and Men are being pushed out for these national service personnel and graduate relatives

  I wanted to work at GCB after completing my MBA Finance at UGBS last year, but a manager at one of the branches told me I can get the job if only I knew one of the top officers of the bank. Though she is a branch manager she has no influence on the recruitment.

  When the youth see the aggresiveness and AT ALL COST vim with which people want to enter into Parliament OR hold political party positions, they have no choice but to look for a short cut at the Bank to also make some QUICK MONEY. For now, in this country, it is all MONEY, MONEY & MORE MONEY everywhere, including the 'interenational' churches. This country's fuure is in serious trouble
