  This is what you get when people hand out things like money, bicycles, bentoa, salt, rice, among others to win votes into parliament and, subsequently, the cabinet.

  You're right Swapna, and it sounds very interesting. There are a lot of laws and technical work to be done, and I doubt if our type of parliamentarians are sophisticated enough to critically examine the securities laws and pass then accordingly.
