  You know, ICT helps people in the advance countries a lot. They are growing rapidly everyday on the internet business and computing tasks.
  Universities and institutions abroad practice the E-Learning system to develop their markets globally.
  I support the University of Ghana for the advancement to brand Ghana education globally on the internet. I hope that the fellow universities will also implement this new E-Learning system to make their tuition and services easily accessible to their far away prospects. What Ghanaians need now is the speed in technological globalization.
  Another problem is the high cost of acquiring PC's, ICT tools and equipment and insufficient ICT experts and braindrain, you know everybody wants to experience the advance world because they believe they can increase their knowledge and gain exposure in abroad.
  Ghanaians should take this as the development challenge to invest in ICT promotion, education and creation of business module that meets international standard. Thank you and Happy New Year.
