  If GACL is a Ltd liability co by itself how come the GRA collects taxes on their behalf.

  If GACL is a Ltd liability co by itself how come the GRA collects taxes on their behalf.
  All monies have to go to the co and they pay their taxes to the govt just like any other co. The co has to run their own affairs and must be able to access the capital market for money to develop and expand their business.
  
  This and other establishments must be given the chance to be independent to free the SSSS and therefore reduce govt expenditure
