  Were the affected farmers consulted before the contract awarded?
  Do we care about food security?
  Has there been any compensation agreed?
  Have we considered other environment and land reclamation factors

  I will not surprised if the proposed plans are carried out despite the cry of the farmers.
  They are mostly illiterate and defenceless.
  The MCE is most likely to carry the day. TWEAAAAAA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
