  Why is the government bothering himself with these ultilities? just sell them Donkomi, Donkomi and raise funds from them to set up factories like shoes and apparels for people to get job and lower importation. also sell the shoe and apparel when they grow and set up tech manufacturing ike fridges and mobile phones and keep selling them! Vodaphone, GCB, now movinpick and ather similar state enterprises are a good example.
  Is long overdue for government to use oil and ultilities for politics. Selling them will improve their services, increase competition and use the money for subsidies to build efficient subsidised transport system that will actually help the poor! i know people will rain insults but i have never seen any advanced country whose Governments own these......
