THIS IS AFRICAN MEMTALITY. DO YOU PUNISH YOUR OPPONENTS AFTER YOU WIN ELECTIONS BY STOPPING THE SOFOLINE EXCHANGE? REMEMBER: YOU SHOULD THE PRESIDENT OF ALL GHANAIANS NOT JUST FOR THE NORTH AND THE VOLTA.
