  The Public Utility Regulatory Commission's tasks,is very important,and would suggest,the government will gives them all the necessary help to do their job.
  As no one could be trusted in Ghana,one cannot guarantee both WATER & ELECTRICITY COMPANIES are charging the right charges to the public.
  Therefore,this institution tasked to oversee these two companies activities,with respect to billing,cannot be overemphasized.
