  Hmmmm In richer countries, the poor is on prepay meter so can monitor and cut the coat according to their size. In poorer countries where the rich enjoy better than the poor, the poor object those that can help them. Fuel subsidies, energy, water subsidies only benefit the rich. how much energy does the poor consume? rich mans air conditioning for one day is equivalent of a poor mans energy use for the whole month!
  It will be best if full energy bills are paid and energy becomes efficient! Use what you can afford and leaqve the rich to pay for their luxury and spare the government some revenue to develop the country!
