  So Ghana's refinery capacacity is measured by how much two-stroke mix it can produce. Where does the crude oil go? Why isn't Ghana refining its own natural resource?

  I wonder how these fishermen know the inside management of TOR. The production manager was responsible for production and never dealt with the fishermen directly, not even indirectly. Distribution was the role of the Commercial Manager. I wonder who is paying for these writing. The other day it was a long resume of Dorcoo, including a PhD from a University in Missouri that never exists.
