Please kindly ban Ghana contractors from this big expansion project.Ghana contractors lack the expertise to handle this huge project.Please,look to China.Holland,Belgium ,Garmany and the U.S.A and Canada.Amen

YOU GUYS HAVE BEEN DRAFTING POOR CONTRACTS THAT IN THE LONG RUN HAVE CAUSED THE STATE A LOT OF MONEY THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN USED FOR DEVELOPMENT. YOU SEE ,THERE ARE CONTRACT TRICKS USED BY THESE INTERNATIONAL LAWYERS AND OUR LOCAL LAWYERS HAVE NOT MASTERED THEIR IMPLICATIONS. NO CANCELLATION OF CONTRACTS, BUT IF YOU WOULD, MAKE SURE YOU ARE ON A SOLID GROUND. THE PROBLEM FROM WHERE I STAND IS, WHEN NEW GOVERNMENT ASSUMES POWER, IN ORDER TO MAKE MONEY, STARTS TO CANCEL CONTRACTS, AND BY SO DOING, GET THEIR 10% INTO THEIR POCKETS. MAKE SURE YOU PROTECT MOTHER GHANA AND GHANAIANS GPHA!

I believe,even KWAME NKRUMAH,also abrogated some contracts.
Nkrumah was a communist but inherited the reign from the BRITISH,that are rather DEMOCRATS.
Therefore,there was the possibility NKRUMAH also cancelled some contracts that had already been offered to the BRITISH COMPANIES.THAT COULD ALSO HAVE ATTRACTED,INCURRED,RESULTED IN SETTLEMENT AND JUDGEMENT DEBTS.
Nkrumah might have given those contracts to USSR COMPANIES,after abrogating the BRITISH.
Bussia could have also done the same,judging from his DEMOCRATIC GOVERNANCE,as opposed to NKRUMAH'S COMMUNISM.
Therefore,I believe,everybody came to do,one sort of thing or the other,that brought unwanted and unnecessary bills for you and I:
GHANAIANS.

The wide range of the proposals "Bid values received ranged from US$489million to over US$2billion" indicates the Request For Proposal is not very clear to the potential bidders. What criteria are they(GPHA) going to use to evaluate the proposals? The most or least expensive is not always the best. They need to have a qualified team to review the bids, however, knowing our mother Ghana and corruption, this will not happen and it will be awarded to whoever is willing to pay 10% back via the back door to these corrupt officials.
