Of course no where in this article is a mention of the new GIPC laws, which appears to be actively DISCOURAGING foreign investment by increasing minimum capital requirements. $1m minimum for a foreigner to set up a services business in Ghana. I hope they realize Ghana is not the only country in Africa in which one can do business!
