  This will rather increase farmers revenue, some innovations and enoug stock and proper data to aid food manufacturing companies to consider local investment.
  He is just afraid that his position will be redundant! Selfish!

  Government is not a trader; those who benefit from the current situation is the technocrat and party members not the poor Ghanaian farmer. This is an opportunity to develop the maize market to meet the farmers need . Several countries in Africa and Asia have local food and spices commodity markets. Ghana cannot behave like a villager country , narrow minded and anti-progress. There are so many templates for commodity markets in Africa, such as Ethiopia which is working well and in the interest of the farmer!!!!!FSG is made up of either selfish and illiterate technocrats or enemies of the ordinary farmer

  To the minister,what is the core objective of establishing NATIONAL BUFFER STOCK COMPANY?Let us think outside the box and save Ghana our motherland.Enough of the economic mismanagement.If there is no money,the minister should ask the finance ministry and the Bank of Ghana why we don't have rather than thinking of privatization.The NBSC is for national interest.
