Enough of this "mantra" or "litany" of "gov't is planning to..., gov't will soon begin..., gov't to initiate..., gov't optimistic to adopt...etc". This means nothing, says nothing. We're ear-sored of it all. After all, instead of the driver accelerating in the first gear, he's reversing the vehicle. If Mahama-gov't can't give the acceleration the vehicle requires to change from gear 1 to the next speed gears, the gears mustn't be put in reverse position. They have broken the clutch plate of the vehicle by the abrupt change of gear from 1 to reverse without halting the vehicle. Here is one who made a lot of noise during the 2012 elections that he was tired of being a spare driver! It's a shame he's out of sorts, his whole economic team included.
