Everybody talks about exports as a solution, just like we know and have read starting from our JHS books. However, they are not concrete and direction-oriented enough to ignite the reactions we wish to set into our economy. People should bring out focused directives and recommendation. I would suggest that a parliamentary rule be enacted to permit expatriates into only the manufacturing sector of our economy when they come to operate here. All other sectors including retailing, wholesaling, certain services and others be given to the Ghanaian
