In all DEVELOPED COUNTRIES, such disregard by the GWCL to the people cannot be countenance. Yet, look how many a times the very both public and private organisations behave in the country
It is very productive and very helpful to governance for the proactive decision taken by the PURC. The PURC should not stop there but must endeavour to put a reasonable fine on the GWCL and other companies that breaks the law.
