    NO NEED TO TREAT ANYONE THE BETTER WAY IS TO GO AND SEE IF THEY CAN COMPLY WITH GOVRENMENT LAWS AT THE TIME THAT GHANA BUSNISS TAX TO DEATH AND PAY 15% VAT FEE. IF THEY CANT COMPLAY THEN THEY NEED HELP BUT NO TREATS

    It's an apt reflection of public ignorance. Ghana's Environmentally Passive Agency is as torpid as they are allowed to be.
    The empty report above simply indicates their worry that their funding will be withdrawn.
