Ghanaians are not "babies" anymore where by any stupid explanation can easily convince us. The money has been stolen and that is it so, stop that tax whatever because we know who and what our leaders are.

The bogus agreements which was sighed by the Kufuor government and the Jubilee Partners at the start of the oil exploration period is to be blamed for the revenue shortfall. Mahama government must find a way to rectify those agreements to make them worthy for Ghana. Though penalties can be incurred and the usual bullying will be applied on Ghana by the home governments of the Jubilee Partners, nevertheless, the Ghana government must be firm to see Ghana is not short-changed as to make the oil-find not worth having.
