  Now you people are complaining of funding difficulties in the newly created Districts? Discerning Ghanaians spoke against this stupid course with its financial constraints on the tax payer but that old senseless Afari Djan stood on his grounds to create them with whatever intent he had.
  
  We will live with stupid agendas which these do nothing government is pushing through and our grandsons and daughters will grow to inherit worse economic mess years to come. E&OE.

  The answer is very simple and straight forward. Reduce the size of government and the civil service. The civil service alone employees over 600,000 staff. What on earth do they all do? Not to mention the GYEDAs etc. There's an old Ghanaian saying, which was borrow from the English-speaking world: "cut your coat according to your size".
  The government knows how much it gets in revenue why has it built such a colossal government and civil service? Where did it think the funding was going to come from, out of thing air?
