  Foreign Companies at least know what it takes, to be successful. There will be cement in abundance, but will they employ Ghanaian labour? Will they sell the cement on the Ghanaian market?

  THERE SHOULD BE A POLICY FOR FOREIGN COMPANIES TO EMPLOY LOCAL GHANAIAN WORKERS ONLY.
