I don't understand the type of people or citizens we are as Ghanaians, no love for our country and for ourselves as brothers and sisters.All what we know is exploitation of man by man.Why should our leaders always looking for foreign investments without bothering to rehabilitate the existing and those left at the mercies of destruction.If Ghana has good leaders I don't think the countrys economic situations will be worsen like this.Instead our leaders to improve the standard of living they rather aggravate the situations in the country.

How on earth will the cedi backed by a subsistence economy be able to compete with the dollar backed by a high mass production economy?. To prevent dollarization of Ghana's economy, I suggest the government should prohibit the use of the dollar as medium of exchange in Ghana. If we price commodities, pay rent,school fees etc.in dollars what do we think will happen to our currency? This is economics(101)the demand and supply concept,if we promote such transactions the value of the cedi will be undermined. Ghanaians who want to spend the dollar instead of their own currency in Ghana should rather move to the United States. Our indulgence in anything foreign will undermine our very existence.
