  Instead of carefully and faultlessly planning activities, we just initiate bogus programmes, run them through, and waste a chunk of money resource. The next day we go back to spending money on this same project. This is the african disease. We MUST learn from our mistakes, and not keep mute about our wrongs and inefficiencies.

  A party founded by a man who murdered his way into the Castle, followed by a bunch of butchers, barbers, tailors and hairdressers who were told that they could also rule. The result is that there is nothing like policy analysis. Decisions are taken in the spur of the moment. Asiedu Nketia will talk before he thinks. Even judgment debts are paid before the judgments are known. It is obvious this nonsense is going to continue for as long as Ghanaians leave these empty heads in power.
