Does Ghana and for that matter the NDC led administration need to organize capacity building in a supposed public-private partnership program?
What kind of capacity building is that and how much funds has been earmarked for this so-called PPP training course?
The NDC gov't and the Finance ministry should explain what exactly this PPP capacity building program is, because it hardly makes any sense at all.
Public-Private Partnership program requiring capacity building and training for what exactly?
There's a political party which has identified the private sector as the very engine of growth, and their actions and thrust whilst in gov't, was all geared towards this effort. Is it now that the NDC gov't has bought into this idea of the private sector being actually the very engine of growth? The foregoing question still remains, about what kind of capacity the MOF is building with respect to PPP with all the institutions that we have already to ensure that standards in terms of contract execution and delivery are met, environmental standards are met, etc, etc.
