  But you know Ghanaians are fools, they fall for anything and everything that carries big name which has no value at the end of the day. Oil and Gas training programme is just a ploy to decieve ignorant members of the public that Oil and Gas is new in Ghana and there's ready employment opprtunity waiting to be exploited.
  
  Why are Ghanaians bothering themselves on Oil and Gas which production still hovers around a 100,000 bpd. Why is so much ignorance killing Ghanaians to this extent,? Ghanaians should ask questions from other countries like Nigeria, Angola, Algeria, Equatorial Guinea, Libya and probably Ivory Coast that how many of their indegines are prevelidged to work in an Oil industry. Don't Ghanaians know the main cause of restiveness in the Niger Delta is the lack of indegenous participations in the oil industry in Nigeria. Why do Ghanaians with just a paultry production level think Oil and Gas investors will change their business interest tactics because it is Ghana. Ghanaians better start through their deep rooted ignorance and stopped being fooled by buch of thieves who call themselves educators in Oil and Gas.
