  I bought the S4 and after 3 months the phone froze. I took it back knowing that i was under warranty but unfortunately i'm in my 4th week of waiting. There is a different excuse every day which begs the question, does samsung have 1st world warranties and 3rd world warranties??? My phone would have been replaced on day 2 if this happened in korea. The most annoying thing is that they keep spending on marketing. No more samsung for me after this experience.
