  Dr, this is cheap talk. You are advising businesses "to develop company profiles and call cards, to make it easy for international companies to access their businesses" How are the international partners going to access them when there shortage of electricity to power websites and other form internet communications?

  GIPC,should be the first "port of Call" for any legitimate investor.
  The Agency,should employ competent staff to "audit" all registered Companies;and provide some guidance in setting up profiles.

  GIPC,should be the first "port of Call" for any legitimate investor.
  The Agency,should employ competent staff to "audit" all registered Companies;and provide some guidance in setting up profiles.
  There are enough "tech savvy" people in Ghana to undertake this exercise.
  On my visit to the GIPC, center;I requested "print outs" and they willingly provided me with such.
